Thanks for the comments Androgoth, probably drag out the same old picture to post next Christmas too.
No mince pies here mate, just lashings of Murray river Yabbies, much like oversized prawns or undersized crayfish.
Believe you Poms like pork pies, also one thing I do like is Yorkshire puddings, by the way , do you know the song, The Blaydon Races ?

Good morning my dear friend Gislinde, hope you celebrated a great Christmas.
It is friday here, three days after Christmas and the Christmas parties are over.
We are now preparing for New years eve, the weather here has been extremely hot so we have been eating mainly cold meats and seafoods.
      I wish you a great 2013

Good morning Prenin, well its three days after Christmas here, a friday morning and the post Christmas parties are over, we are now preparing for the New years celebrations, weather extremely hot so the food has been mainly cold meats and salads and some of our famous Murray river yabbies.
Have a ticket in last nights 30million lotto draw but haven;t checked the results yet, who knows, might be a good year ahead yet.

        Let’s hope so! 🙂

Right now I have lager chilling, a bottle of champagne by another name (£4) and plenty of food in so I’m happy! 🙂

Still raining here though and there’s even more on the way, so people are suffering.

Apparently the jet stream has developed a ‘kink’ and it’s pulling in all the bad weather right over us!

        Global warming?

Could be: We’re getting more and more extreme bad weather every year…

Have a Happy New Year my friend and all the best!
