Hi Cat, many thanks for those cigars and cigarillos, will thoroughly enjoy them.
Haven’t been on the computer or Word press much lately, couple of minor health matters to be sorted out, should be back in form in about a months time.
I sent your gift off but think it will take a few days to arrive, hope you enjoy it.
      Cheers and Hugs Cat.

Hi Sue, you sound as adventurous as I am, the Royal Yacht would have been a fantastic experience, best I have done so far was the BS Esmeralda in Chile, sadly that ship has a dark history being used at times as an interrogation ship during the Pinochet times.
Look forward to your pictures and posts every time Sue.
Ana is well but I seem to have contracted the flu which I need to get rid of before my next op in five weeks, hope all will be well for our next trip to Chile in August.

Didn’t know sites could run out of data space, more googling to be done I think.

I agree with you Sheila, the Queen will always be looked up to, the Monarchy have always been the stability behind Britain, sadly that is all changing these days.
Best wishes and kind regards Sheila.

They most certainly are Ian. The Royal family and what some of their family member do, especially Diana’s sons, speaks of the love of people both at home and abroad. Thanks for sharing.

Being a British subject not by birth but by “married into” naturalization, that will always mean conflict, friend Ian … as I deeply believe, that each nation should not belong to any other nation but their own … Some day we will be free … … Love U, cat.

I agree Cat, each nation must retain its own identity and culture.
Too much bullshit going on around the world these days.
      Keep smiling Gypsy Girl.

A bit sad right now, friend Ian … cuz Paul, my son, has set his mind of travelling Canada, States, Mexico and who knows where else come September for a whole year … He is a true gypsy … I feel like apologising to him for passing on this gene, because I always wanted a better life for him and his sister Mary( who turned transsexual) … I feel like such a mama failure, friend … but I guess, you do what you have to do … Wishing you and your family a warm Australian Winter’s day … Love, cat.

Sad for you Cat, don’t like to hear you are not feeling well with your Sons idea of travelling, don’t ever feel as though your a failure, life takes many turns that you can’t control, now let the Gypsy Prince roam his world, let him find his own better world, you can;t make a better world for him, that’s his choice. His Sister is walking her own path at the same time, let them breathe Cat, their future will unfold.
You just keep smiling Gypsy Queen.

Love the Royals, they earn their keep and give us stability when needed – be a pity to lose them! 🙂

    God Bless!

Hi Prenin, no matter what people today think of the Royal Family, to me they have always been an emblem of British solidarity, and always portray a sense of security in the world.

They are beautiful. Queen Mother was a sweet and elegant woman. My mother used to like to remind me that I was exactly i day older than Princess Anne – I don’t have a clue what she expected me to do with that info though.

    • aussieian2011

      May 21, 2017 at 12:33 pm

Your Mothers intentions in letting you know that you were exactly a day older than Princess Anne, was for you to remember this at all times, so it seems your Mothers intentions was right, you never forgot you are a day older than Princess Anne, haha.

Ian, this is always nice to see the early days of the “Royal Family” which have always seemed “real” and approachable to me. My Mom was in Europe when Queen Elizabeth started out on the throne, not that many years between them. She also enjoys the news about babies and marriages of the royals. Mom named me Robin Elizabeth. ha ha! LOL 😀

Great to read your comment Robin, the Royals have always portrayed a sense of solidarity to me, people today may have a different opinion on the Royals but they have always been the backbone of British history.

So glad you understood and accepted our family’s interest in the Royal family.
Oh, Ian~ I watched Colin Firth portray the King in “The King’s Speech” a few years ago and felt this imperfect side of Queen Elizabeth’s father was fascinating. His mind was fine just his speech was impaired and he had nervous tics.
Hope you had a lovely weekend. Do you celebrate Father’s Day? If so 😊hope it was a happy one. Tip of the hat! 🎩 xo

We do celebrate Fathers day here, think it is sometime in September.
